Rules & Conditions of Occupancy
Mrs Woolly’s Campground is a family-friendly campground, and we want everyone staying with us to enjoy a safe, relaxed and welcoming experience. We ask all guests and visitors to be considerate of one another, our team, our neighbours and the wider Glenorchy community.
Following Campground Rules
All guests and visitors must comply with the Mrs Woolly’s Campground Rules & Conditions of Occupancy and any reasonable directions given by Campground staff relating to safety, noise, behaviour, site use or the operation of the Campground.
Respectful Behaviour
We expect guests and visitors to behave respectfully and responsibly while at the Campground.
Behaviour that is threatening, intimidating, abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, offensive or seriously disruptive will not be tolerated.
Abusive or obscene language directed towards other guests, visitors or members of our team is not acceptable.
Guests must not behave in a way that creates an unreasonable nuisance, disturbance or risk to others.
Alcohol & Intoxication
The responsible consumption of alcohol is welcome; however, intoxicated or disruptive behaviour that affects the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.
Noise & Consideration for Others
Please keep noise at a reasonable level at all times.
Quiet hours are between 10.00pm and 7.00am, during which we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum.
Music, conversations and other activities should not interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of neighbouring campers at any time.
Generators and amplifiers are not permitted within the Campground.
Children
Children are very welcome at Mrs Woolly’s Campground and must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children in their care behave safely and respectfully towards other guests, our team and Campground property.
Visitors
Guests are responsible for the behaviour of any visitors they invite into the Campground.
Visitors are expected to follow the same standards of behaviour and Campground rules as registered guests.
When Behaviour Falls Below These Standards
Where appropriate, our team will endeavour to resolve concerns by speaking with the guest and providing an opportunity for the behaviour to be addressed.
However, serious behaviour – including threatening, abusive, aggressive or unsafe behaviour – may require immediate action.
We reserve the right to require a guest or visitor to leave the Campground where their behaviour:
– creates a safety risk to themselves or others;
– is threatening, abusive, aggressive or seriously disruptive;
– causes unreasonable disturbance to other guests or our neighbours;
– causes deliberate or significant damage to Campground property;
– involves illegal activity; or
– represents a serious or repeated breach of our Campground Rules or reasonable directions from our team.
Where a guest is required to leave as a result of their own serious or repeated breach of these conditions, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of their stay.
Our Approach
Our preference will always be to resolve concerns calmly, fairly and respectfully wherever circumstances allow.
In return, we ask all guests and visitors to treat our team, other campers, our neighbours and our Campground with the same respect.
Our aim is simple: to make Mrs Woolly’s Campground a safe, friendly and enjoyable place for everyone.
