The campsite closes for the season on 28th April and will reopen on 1st October 2024.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Rates & Availability

  • Parents/guardian must reside in the same site for the duration of the reservation.
  • Please be advised any specific sites requested cannot be guaranteed.
  • The child rate is for children aged between 6– 14 years; children 5 and under are welcome free of charge.
  • Proof of age may be required at check-in.

 

Payment Policy

  • All prices quoted are in NZ $ and include GST. The total amount is payable at the time of booking. 
  • 2.5% fee will be charged on all credit card transactions.
  • Late check-out may incur an extra fee of 20% the site rate.
  • We reserve the right to change the site within the class of site without notification.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations and changes must be made in writing. Please quote your reservation confirmation number. 
  • For cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a full refund is applicable. Thereafter a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations 48 hours or more before the date of arrival.  
  • No refunds will apply to cancellations within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, or where otherwise stated.
  • 14 Days cancellation policy will apply for the following periods:
    • 24th December to 3rd January, 
    • Otago Anniversary Weekend, 
    • Waitangi Day, 
    • Easter, 
    • Anzac Day,
    • Queens Birthday Weekend, 
    • Matariki Weekend
    • Labour Day Weekend.
  • Some promotional booking may be totally non-refundable, and this will be clearly identified in those booking rules.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of total booking.
  • Changes that reduce the booking will be treated as cancellations. If stays are shortened within the 48-hour period or during the stay period, no refund will apply.
  • Refunds will only be made to the credit card of the original transaction.

 

Complaints Handling Policy

It is our policy to address all complaints, in a professional and timely manner, to ensure that a satisfactory outcome is arrived at for all parties concerned, and that any opportunities for improving Mrs Woolly’s Campground services are adopted where practical as per our own commitment to continual improvement.

Complaints Handling Process

Complaints about Mrs Woolly’s Campground should be made in writing to the Manager at info@MrsWoollysCampground.co.nz

 

Mrs Woolly’s Campground complaints handling process:

  • Receipt of complaint will be acknowledged in writing.
  • All complaints will be reviewed to ensure that we fully understand the concerns.
  • We will conduct an investigation into areas of concern and keep the guest up to date with the progress.
  • On completion of the investigation, we will provide the guest with a full response in writing.
